General

Nope—our creations are fan-made tributes, handcrafted with care by passionate nerds, not mass-produced by a galaxy-spanning corporation. We’re not affiliated with or endorsed by any studios or rights holders. All characters, designs, and properties remain the rights of their respective owners.

Raw 3D Print: Straight off the printer. May need sanding, painting, or assembly. Perfect if you want to finish it yourself.
Finished Helmet: Fully sanded, primed, painted, and ready to display or wear.
Weathered Helmet: Same as finished, but with battle damage, scuffs, and detailing to give it a "seen some action" look.

Our standard helmet size fits heads up to 57.2 cm (22.5 inches) in circumference.

If your noggin’s bigger or smaller than average, just leave a note at checkout and we’ll scale the print to fit you better.

Because each piece is made to order, printing and finishing times vary. Typical turnaround times:

Raw prints: 1–2 weeks
Finished pieces: 2–4 weeks
Weathered or detailed pieces: 3–5 weeks

We’ll always do our best to hit your deadline—if you need it for a specific date or event, just message us first!

Absolutely.

We ship worldwide, and postage is calculated at checkout based on your location. Customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility.

Very carefully. Every item is securely wrapped and boxed to protect it during transit. We’ve shipped across the galaxy—from the UK to the US, Europe, Australia, and beyond—with excellent survival rates.

Since each item is custom-made, we generally don’t accept returns or cancellations.

BUT—if something arrives damaged or isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

Our helmets and props are designed to be con-ready, photoshoot-worthy, and tough enough for trooping. They also make epic display pieces if you’re building a collection.
