Return & Exchange Policy
At DragonByte 3D, every item is custom-made with care—so while we don't offer blanket returns like big-box stores, we do want you to be thrilled with your order. Here’s how we handle returns and replacements:
Custom & Handmade Items
Most of our products are made to order, so we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges unless:

The item arrives damaged

You receive the wrong item
If there's an issue, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Sizing Issues
Helmets are sized to fit the average adult male head (57.2 cm). If you have sizing concerns or need it scaled, please add a note with your order—we're happy to adjust it before printing.
Once printed, we can't resize or refund for incorrect fit unless it was our error.
Shipping Damage or Loss
If your item is damaged in transit or doesn't arrive, let us know ASAP. We'll open a case with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Photos of packaging and item damage are required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not accept returns for:
