Orders & Fulfilment

All items are made to order, so please allow extra time for printing, finishing, and packing.

Fulfilment times vary based on demand, complexity, and whether you've chosen a raw or finished piece.

If you need your order by a certain date (e.g. for a con, birthday, or dark side ceremony), let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Handmade Disclaimer

Every product is individually crafted by hand. As such, small imperfections or variations may occur—these add to the uniqueness of your item and are not considered defects.

For raw 3D prints, some post-processing (e.g. sanding, painting, assembly) may be required depending on your chosen finish level.
Sizing

Helmets and wearable pieces are scaled to fit an average adult male head (approx. 57.2 cm circumference) unless you request a different size.

It’s your responsibility to double-check sizing before ordering. If you’re unsure, just ask—we’re happy to help.
Shipping

UK shipping is via Royal Mail First Class.
